About the owner

After Kara Martinez graduated Sigma-Cum-Laude with a B.S. degree from University of Idaho she launched her accounting career at an accounting firm in North Idaho. During her 11 years working directly under a CPA she worked with various different businesses and exceled at bookkeeping, sales tax reporting and payroll. She spent countless hours on preparing books for taxes as well as assisted in processing thousands of income tax returns.
To better serve her clients, Kara became a certified QuickBooks Online pro advisor. She gives expert guidance on how businesses can utilize the accounting software to make their books most advantageous to them and can efficiently troubleshoot problematic issues.
Outside of the office Kara loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, hiking, dogs, plants, swimming, live concerts and traveling. She has been to 20 different countries and has studied Spanish in South America, Mexico and Spain. She strives to never stop learning in life and to continue to explore the world and gain new experiences.
